Umberto Rispoli en quelques mots

Fils de jockey et issu d’une famille proche du cheval, Umberto Rispoli est un jockey italien d’origine napolitaine. Il effectua notamment son apprentissage chez Luigi Camici (Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe 1988 avec Tony Bin) avant de passer cinq années au service de Giuseppe Botti.

Umberto Rispoli compte plus de mille victoires en Italie et deux Cravaches d’Or transalpines. Aussi, le professionnel aime à s’exporter et compte plusieurs victoires de prestige au Japon et à Hong Kong. En France depuis le printemps 2012, Umberto Rispoli s’y est déjà illustré au plus haut niveau en faisant sien le Prix du Cadran avec Molly Malone en 2012.
