Non-Winners of a Sweepstakes at One Mile Or Over allowed 2 lbs. Non-Winners of A race other than Claiming or Starter at One Mile or Over allowed 4 lbs. Maidens 6 lbs. High weights preferred, Stakes winners second preference and third preference to Stakes placed horses. Total earnings in races other than claiming or starter will be used to determine preference of horses of equal weight. A trophy will be presented to the winning owner. (Rail at 20 feet).
